Lianqiao Group held the Technology and Innovation Conference of 2021 on May 11, 2021. Mr. RongJian Mu, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Lianqiao Group attended the conference and made a speech. Mr. ShuangJu Mu, Director and General Manager of Lianqiao Group chaired the conference. More than 100 people attended the conference, including executives of the Group and subsidiary groups and leaders and key technical personnel of subsidiaries and departments.
In his speech, Chairman RongJian Mu expressed his requirements in four aspects. First, all people at Lianqiao should broaden their minds and dedicate to innovation and creation with bravery. Second, it is essential to build a mechanism, create an arena, develop an environment, and establish an appraisal and incentive mechanism for technology and innovation, so as to guide innovation from a strategic perspective; the environment for innovation should be created in the whole Group to strengthen staff awareness for innovation. Third, it is very important to introduce professionals, develop capacity, and build a team for innovation; specifically, this involves establishing programs and allocating funds for introducing and cultivating talents to form a team for innovation. Fourth, the Group should set innovation goals and discover highlights of innovation. Systematic plans should be made for technology and innovation in all business segments to further improve the Group’s core competitiveness.
Lianqiao Group presented a number of awards at the conference, including Science and Technology Progress Award, Innovative Development Award, and Special Prize, First Prize and Second Prize for Technology and Innovation.
